Pin is an early, free tool. By using the site, the Chrome helper, or the local companion, you agree to this page. If you do not, do not use Pin.

This is not legal advice and it is not a contract drafted by a firm. It is the honest rule set for a small product.

Use Pin to mark interfaces you are allowed to capture, write notes, share an unlisted link, and optionally send that packet to an agent CLI you already have.

You are responsible for what you pin. Do not capture other people’s private screens, secrets, credentials, or data you have no right to record.

A review URL is unlisted. Anyone with the link can play the audio and see the shots. Treat the link like a shared file, not a vault.

“Send to agent” asks the companion on your machine to write the review to disk and start or reuse a local CLI (Claude, Grok, Codex, or another you pick). That program can read the packet and change files in the project directory you pointed it at.

You choose the agent. You run the companion. You own whatever the agent writes, breaks, or deletes. Pin does not supervise the session and is not a party to what the agent does.

Launch can fail: the companion may be off, the browser may block localhost, the CLI may be missing, a new Terminal window may open, or an existing one may not accept a paste. When send cannot finish we may copy the prompt so you can paste it yourself. That is the fallback, not a guarantee.

The extension uses Chrome’s debugger on the tab you select. Chrome may show a warning. The tab may reload once. Clicks can be swallowed while inspect is on. Screenshots and microphone input stay as accurate as the browser allows — they can be incomplete, mistimed, or untranscribed.

Pin is provided as is. Reviews can fail to upload, media can go missing, transcripts can be wrong or empty, and the player can break. We do not promise availability, backups, or that a review will stay online.

Login is optional for opening a share link. Saving a library of reviews needs an account. We may add a paid plan later. Nothing is gated today. We can refuse, rate-limit, or remove accounts that abuse the service.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pin and the people who operate it are not liable for lost work, bad agent edits, leaked unlisted links, failed sends, or any other damage from using the product. If a court will not allow that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Pin.

We can change the product or these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
